I'm the type of person that is stubborn.  Being that way has helped me tremendously because I don't want to give up when it comes to figuring things out.  And I've managed to figure out a lot of things on my own.  Through trial and error, age and research, I've done okay.  But there came a point in time when I hit a wall.  I wasn't able to crack that nut.  I wasn't successfully resolving specific issues and problems I had in my business.  There were gaps in my learning that I wasn't able to fill on my own.

At first my ego fought the realization that I needed help.  (Those egos can lead you straight to being broke!) But also, I didn't think I could afford to make the investment.  I just thought I would eventually figure things out.  Ultimately I wasted lot of time and energy looking for the answers someone else already had.

The first coaching program I invested in cost me about $2k.  I was able to see a $10k return on that investment within a month.  And it continued to pay off.  Since then, I've invested in a lot of education to help me where I needed it.  And every single time it pays off.

Every expert, guru or product isn't able to fill in those business gaps.  So be careful.  But there are some really good experts, gurus and products that can take you to the next level.  You'll get a feeling and just know when to make the investment.  As I did.  Proceed with caution, don't let your ego hold you back and you won't regret money spent if the end result means growth.
