If you have an outdated image on your website, social media pages or media sheets, please update them ASAP.
You may think this is not a pressing issue, placing little importance on it, but think again. Showing up to that live speaking engagement or even a Zoom call looking unrecognizable (or different than expected) is a bad look.
Being a coach, consultant, or the face of your brand, comes with expectations. One of which is looking as as expected when you show up to the party.
Outdated profile and bio pics can not only take the focus off of you and what you have to say, but can show you as a less than confident professional. Which is not the goal. When you arrive, the focus needs to be on you and and your expertise. Period. So put the current YOU out there, no matter how much you're tied your older imagery. It's a much better look in the long run!
