Plugins are simply apps you can add to your site enabling you to do certain things. In WordPress, you can add a plugin to turn your site into an eCommerce site, or a membership site or an eCourse site. You can add plugins that allow you to capture information from your leads or use pop-ups to notify people. There are free plugins and paid plugins. But they will be gamechangers in getting your site's functionality where you want it to go.
