Bringing people into your business to work along side you is not my favorite thing to do.  You have to find people who can do what you need them to do, pay them what they need and deserve to be paid, and train them.  It can be so overwhelming that you may put of doing it.  Which can be detrimental to your business.  But...if you're thinking the way you should, you know hiring people can bring amazing blessings and growth to your business.
